books
I'm working on the web site a little each day. It's nice to have a sustained interest in something. I hope I can continue with that. So far, so good.
Last night I started reading Holidays on Ice by David Sedaris. Good book; funny. Just what I need. Reading can be a good mini-holiday. I read before I go to sleep every night. Some of the better (more upbeat) books I've read this year are:
I read many more books than that, but some were a little disturbing (The Lovely Bones, The Lost Horizon, Running With Scissors, for example). They were good books, just not what I'd recommend to someone who's not feeling their best. I tend to read quite a few biographies/autobiographies. Some people find them boring, but if the person has/had an interesting life or has overcome some great obstacle, it can be very inspiring to read about them.
That's it. I just wanted to get something "real" into this blog. I'll try to post once a week. I'll have to put it into my schedule.

- All the Harry Potter books
- Back to the Batcave (Adam West)
- So Far (Kelsey Grammer)
